Education Support Professionals (ESP) are committed, caring Alaskans who provide invaluable services to our schools. They impact the lives of students every day, and they do what it takes to help children learn in a safe and supportive environment. They are essential partners in the education of our children. Without ESPs, our schools could not function, and our children would miss the opportunity to receive an excellent education. They are the unsung heroes of the public education system.
